The Need Analysis first allows us to spend time in the field at your corporate office. During this time it is our goal to discover as much as we can about your operation. This is done by interviewing appropriate people on all levels as well as reviewing information you provide us.

After our discovery is concluded, we return to our offices where we begin to meld your needs and objectives with the information we've collected along with your input. This part of the program traditionally takes two to three weeks. We explore all our promotional avenues, then modify, improve, and adapt them to work within your structure.

At this point we're ready to begin to finalize our ideas and put them on paper in an easy-to-understand and easy-to-execute format. This detailed "Street Fighter" plan of attack is geared specifically to your operation.
Your Plan covers: 1) specific adaptations of the techniques; 2) an implementation plan-of-attack to show you how to put your "Street Fighting" program to work; and 3) how to support your program from upper levels of management. Your Streetfighting Marketing Plan provides you many ideas that, in and of themselves, are useful to you. However, if and when you decide that you would like us to help you with the next phase of your program, the Plan gives you a good jump on the development period.
We find that it takes about four to six weeks to complete the Plan after our visit. In addition to illustrating for you specifically how the "Street Fighter" ideas are designed to help you get results, you are also provided a proposal to let you know all the details involved should our companies decide to work together on a more in-depth basis.
Your follow-up program begins when you receive the Plan and continues for 45 days following. During this time we schedule a telephone consultation to go over the plan in detail. This is usually done one week after you get your copies and have time to review it. In addition, we can schedule specific telephone times weekly if you wish, and/or make ourselves available for answering questions, brain storming, or anything else relating to help you get the most out of this first step.
